Screen Printing

Screen printing has been an integral part of SKM’s business almost from the beginning. Originally starting out with just two part-time printers, our Screen Printing Department has expanded to now include four manual printing machines, an automatic printing machine capable of printing up to six colors at rapid speed, and a staff of ten screen printers and supporting personnel.

We also continue to expand our printing capabilities. Today, we can print on most common fabrics (including cotton, nylon, and polyester) and products, such as shirts, hats, jackets, and pants. Our printers are also able to print on more unique items such as padded coolers, portfolio notebooks, flags, tablecloths, and bleacher seats.

Additionally, SKM also offers a nearly endless selection of printing ink colors. Using the Pantone Matching System (PMS), we can make or match a seemingly infinite number of shades and hues. Our unique Simulation Process also allows us to print as many of these colors on your garment or item as your design requires.

Things to Consider Before Placing Your Screen Printing Order:

Order Sizes
SKM’s standard order minimum is 12 pieces printed with the same design. (Example: a mixture of 12 adult size t-shirts sized S-XL can be printed with the same size artwork; Youth or XXL—and larger—t-shirts require smaller/larger artwork to achieve a suitable appearance.) While we are happy to print orders smaller than 12 pieces, an additional under-minimum charge may apply.

Production Time
Our standard production time is 10 business days. Rush delivery may be available depending upon our current production capacity. Orders accepted by us with rush delivery will incur an additional charge.

Printable Items
We are happy to print customer-supplied items that meet our minimum quantity (usually 12 pieces) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind, however, that our printing equipment enables us to print only on flat surfaces.
